Instead of the conducting the traditional Easter Sunrise Service at Rattler Stadium this year, the Grimes County Ministers Fellowship is teaming-up with an Ohio ministry, to bring what’s hoped to be a life-changing drama to Navasota this month.
For more than 38 years, Reality Outreach Ministry’s Chris Callahan says his five full-time teams and two part-time teams in the United States and other teams all over the world have used the work, “Heaven’s Gates and Hell’s Flames,” in more than 100 different countries to help local pastors reach their communities for Christ.
He says he takes the realities of life today that are causing grief for so many families and teach them they don’t have to give in to the problems of life. All the his team brings the sets, and props and hardware, Callahan tells Navasota News, and all the speaking parts are small so the actors can be local.
And ultimately, he says, they are the ones who benefit the most.
Reality Outreach Ministries brings “Heaven’s Gates, Hells Glames” to Navasota on Friday, April 21st, when auditions will be held in Brosig Auditorium, with rehersals there Saturday and Sunday, prior to Sunday through Tuesday evening performances through the 25th.
We’ll have details for you later on our Community Calendar.
