The Brazos Valley Council of Governments is helping folks in the area on Thursday, April 1st with FEMA applications, for anyone who suffered property damage during Winter Storm Uri.
According to the BVCOG, that event is happening for one day only, this Thursday. They have locations set up in the seven county region, and for Grimes County, their station is set up here in Navasota. They will be at 109 Rattler Drive in town, from 8 am until 5 pm.
Elsewhere nearby, in Madison County, you can go to 300 West School Street, Suite 200, in the City of Madisonville. Down in Washington County, you can head to 97 Duprie Street in Brenham, and in Brazos County, head to the Center for Regional Services on East 29th in Bryan.
Again, all locations are open form 8 am until 5 pm, for anyone needing assistance filling out FEMA applications for assistance, as a result of the winter storm.
