A Navasota man remains in the Brazos County jail after being arrested Tuesday for three outstanding warrants.
According to the arrest reports from Brazos County, they booked 31 year old Ray Guzman of Navasota into the Brazos County jail for the three offenses, which date back as far as 2017.
Guzman’s first charge stems from a September 2nd, 2017 incident, where he was charged with Assault Family Violence with Previous Conviction. That trail was delayed by Guzman’s motion for continuance.
Another charges results from an October 22nd 2019 incident, where he was arrested, and charged with Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon. Court records show Guzman failed to appear for his court date on that charge that same month.
The third warrant he faces was for Theft of Property under $100, a court date for which Guzman also failed to appear.
Gumzan was arrested on Tuesday on all three warrants, and booked into the Brazos County jail, where he remains on bonds totaling $50,000.
