At the March 14th meeting of The City of Navasota’s Planning & Zoning Commission, up for discussion and approval, was “amending Chapter 10 Subdivision Regulation, Article 10.02 Subdivision Ordinance, Exhibit 10A Subdivision Development, Article 7 Requirements for improvements, reservations, and design, related to streets, utility location standards, and the cluster mailbox areas of the Code of ordinances for the City Of Navasota.”
Development Services Director, Lupe Diosdado, gave an overview.
One of the amendments included, was in regards to the requirement of trash receptacles at cluster mailboxes.
Another of the proposed amendments is to change the service utility line locations.
Diosdado gave details about staff input and changes that will be made for easier access for public works crews.
These amendments were unanimously approved by the Planning & Zoning Commission.
