A portion of southern Brazos County that is in the Navasota school district is getting a mobile home community.
Brazos County commissioners unanimously approve without public comment, the infrastructure development plan for what will be called Paradise Way.
Documents submitted to commissioners did not indicate a construction timeline for paved streets and infrastructure to serve 120 mobile home lots that will be age restricted to those 55 and older.
The location is located west of Highway six and south of the Westward Ho exit. Electric will be provided by Mid-South Co-Op, and water will come from the Wellborn Special Utility District.
