According to a press release from the Grimes County Sheriff’s Office, “The U.S. Marshals received a tip that the fugitive, Salvador Saucedo, was at a residence in Richards. The U.S. Marshals, Waller County Sheriff’s Office, DPS, and the Grimes County Sheriff’s Office acted on the tip last night and the tip was unfounded.
Information obtained indicates there is no imminent threat to the residents of Richards. The suspect is not believed to be in the area.
Crime Stoppers is offering a $5,000 reward for any information that leads to an arrest.
