On Saturday evening, May 13th, several off-duty officers from Navasota Police Department, Grimes County Sheriff Office, and Grimes County Constable Offices were working two separate events in the 5200 block of FM 3455 in Grimes County, TX. At approximately 12am, Officers were advised of shots fired in the parking lot of the venue.
Officers rushed to the scene and a vehicle described as the shooters was given by witnesses. Navasota Police Officers located the vehicle on Highway 90 and conducted a traffic stop. The three occupants were identified as all being 17 years of age and under, and all from Washington County. During a search of the vehicle a firearm was located, and statements confirmed a shooting occurred.

One juvenile was charged with Deadly Conduct. The juvenile was processed at the police department and later released to his parents.
