A fire near Anderson this weekend ended with an injured firefighter.
That was on Saturday off County Road 185, where a structure fire was underway. Smoke from the house could reportedly be seen in College Station.
As crew were responding, one of the tankers for the Anderson VFD rolled over. One firefighter was taken to the hospital with non life threatening injuries.
Iola VFD also assisted in fighting the blaze.
No word on what started the fire.
