The Anderson-Shiro FFA team had themselves a successful showing at the State Championships this weekend.
Specifically, the Public Relations team competed at Sam Houston State for the STATE Leadership Development Event on December 3rd.
The five from Anderson competed against the top 24 teams in the state in the semi-finals, finishing in the top 10 to make the state finals.
The group came up short int he final, but finished 4th in the state!
The district shared a congratulations to them all, thanking them for their hard work and dedication.
The team consisted of Will Abraham, Brooklyn Byars-Cosby, Hannah Abraham, Morgan Moriarty, and Rome Rivera.
