Anderson woman faces DWI charge after crash on Highway 30

A two vehicle crash on Highway 30 Saturday night led to the arrest of an Anderson woman.

According to College Station police, that crash happened around 8 pm, near the Cole Stop Convenience store. That is when one of the cars made a lane change while driving southbound , and hit another vehicle. The report did not say if there was anyone injured in the crash.

During their investigation, CSPD says they detected the smell of alcohol from one of the cars, and also found numerous open alcoholic beverage containers.

The driver was arrested, and identified as 29 year old Jaycee Noey of Anderson.

She was charged with DWI and Open Container, and booked in the Brazos County jail on bonds totaling $2,000.
