Authorities asking for information on man missing for 23 years

December 16, 2020 by Willy1550

The Amber Alert Network of the Brazos Valley is calling for information relating to a missing person last seen in Navasota 23 years ago.

According to their Facebook page, the Amber Alert Network in the area is seeking information, on behalf of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office, for information on Orville Turner Seaton.

Mr. Seaton was last reported missing on January 3rd of 1998, but was last seen December 23rd 1997 by an employee of a Navasota grocery store. The employee at the time said they saw Seaton, a black male, get into a gray 4 door car with a young black male.

In the description, Seaton is listed as around 5 foot 10 inches tall, around 170 pounds, and would currently be 94 years of age.

Authorities believe that people in the local area may know what happened to Seaton, and are asking for any information that may help close the case.

Anyone with tips is asked to contact the Washington County Sheriff’s Office at 979-277-6251.
