Benefit For Young Cancer Patient

September 18, 2015 by Willy1550

Grimes County folks have a long-held tradition of responding to the needs of others. And one Navasota Man is continuing that noble practice by calling on you to rally behind one very ill little girl.

Larry Cantu tells Navasota News the night he first found out about 5-year-old Elizabeth Greer’s cancer, he and his wife quickly set out to hold a fundraiser this Saturday to help Greer with her medical bills.

Cantu says as soon as he told his co-workers at the Wallace Pack Unit about little Elizabeth’s condition, the much needed donations began flooding in.

And with just one of her injections running about $4,000 a pop, he hopes that you, too, will take part in helping out with some of this brave little girl’s financial needs.

Elizabeth Greer’s Burger Benefit begins at 9 this Saturday (09/19) morning at Navasota’s House of Miracles Church, and they’ll be there until they sell out.
