Blinn College’s Brenham Theatre Program is a half-century old. And it’s celebrating this Saturday and Sunday by giving you a chance to see some of the best plays and musicals ever to grace its stage, in a new production called “Glitter and Gold.”
And with fifty years of productions to review, Blinn’s Brad Nies admits that this show is a massive undertaking.
But it won’t stop there, Nies tells Navasota News. The show will also take a look back at the program’s history.
Blinn’s theatre program has a lot to celebrate, he continues, from the construction of new stages, to growth in enrollment, to the many shows it has shared with the community. And you can see it all, but only this one weekend.
