A single vehicle crash in Washington County early Monday morning resulted in the death of a recent high school graduate.
The crash happened on FM 2621 northeast of Brenham. Investigators say that they believe the driver was attempting to take a curve but lost control of the vehicle. The driver, who was not wearing his seat belt, was ejected from the vehicle after it rolled over.
The driver was identified as 18 year old Rhead Robbins of Brenham. Robbins was a recent graduate of Brenham High School and a member of the football team last year.
No other vehicles were involved in the crash.
