Brule Elementary principal taking same position at Bryan ISD

A principal at Navasota ISD is saying goodbye and heading to the North just a ways.

Amy Bay, the principal at Brule Elementary, was unanimously approved on Wednesday as the next principal at Ross Elementary in Bryan. Bay was principal at Brule for 3 years and takes over for Kristina Brunson, who was hired by Bryan ISD as the Assistant Director of Program Development.

Bay started her career at Navasota ISD as a fourth grade teacher, eventually becoming principal at Brule in 2015. She also served as assistant principal at two other elementary’s in Navasota. She is also active in College Station, serving on the Principal Panel at the Texas A&M Leadership Institute for the Texas A&M Department of Educational and Human Development.

Bay’s time at Ross Elementary will begin in the Fall.
