Bryan police responding Monday evening to reports of a man with a with a knife turned out to be much more.
Officer Kelley McKethan says there was a crowd around a westside apartment complex where the man was swinging a 26 inch machete and shouting incoherently.
According to the arrest report, 57-year-old Rickey Wilson told police while he was receiving hospital treatment that he was on drugs and saw snakes.
57 year old Rickey Wilson was taken from the hospital to jail after he was arrested on a charge of unlawful carrying of a weapon.
