A Caldwell man is heading to prison after a Brazos County district judge accepted a plea deal.
The 15 year sentence was handed to 47 year old Keith Allen of Caldwell for two residential burglaries in Bryan in March and August 2020. Allen admitted to burglary of a building, three felony thefts, and evading arrests form last year, but prosecution was barred.
Another evading arrest charge was dismissed, alongside burglary of a coin operated machine, and possessing marijuana.
