Many folks in the County of Grimes and elsewhere in the Brazos Valley will soon benefit as CHI St. joseph Vice President Donovan French Announces it will soon become the primary clinical partner for A&M in the Bryan-College Station market.
CHI’s Chief Medical Officer Doctor Kia Parsi predicts it will mean an increase in teaching opportunities for A&M students over the next five years.
The dean of A&M’s College of Medicine, Carrie Byington was born at St. Jos. She says the move will provide more medical coverage to the Brazos Valley’s more rural areas.
This also brings the A&M brand to all 16 of CHI’s primary care locations. And starting this June, 15,000 A&M system employees and retirees will be able to take advantage of reduced medical costs through the St. Joseph network.
