The City of Navasota has conducted their first community survey utilizing Flash Vote, where citizens can sign up to take part in monthly one-minute surveys to help the City make informed decisions.
One question asked what citizens considered to be most important item, and they could make up to 4 selections. The top results were condition of streets and sidewalks with 85%, followed by physical safety and security with 80% and water and wastewater infrastructure with 61.7%
When asked what they would prioritize, respondents chose better streets with 91.7%, followed by better water, wastewater & gas infrastructure and better recreational facilities and parks with 45% each.
