A College Station woman is arrested after failing to get off a train boxcar in Millican on Tuesday afternoon. According to the sheriff’s office arrest report, three trains stopped during the three hours 38 year old Judy DeLeon was on top of a rail car.
Two deputies climbed on the car and failed to get DeLeon down. Then a College Station fire department ladder truck went to the scene and two firefighters persuaded her to come down. According to the arrest report, railroad workers saw DeLeon near the train in Bryan before seeing her on top of the boxcar, requiring the train to stop.
DeLeon is in the Brazos County jail for the 14th time in the last seven years, and the fourth time in the last six months.
