The City of College Station has announced Costco intends to build a more than 160 thousand square foot store.
The location is in College Station’s midtown area, along the east side of the freeway and just north of the St. Joseph express care clinic. The city council is expected to consider selling land to Costco and approve an economic development agreement later this month.
If the council approves, Costco is expected to submit construction plans and permit applications in May and June.
