In an attempt to bring more Grimes County Citizens into the ongoing discussion of the workings of their government, County Judge Ben Lehman announced this week, four more town hall meetings that’ll be held at various locations throughout the county, beginning just five days after thanksgiving.
During this week’s Commissioners Court Session, Judge Lehman urged anyone, whether they’ve previously attended any of the earlier town halls or not, to try to find time to attend one of these sessions, both to find out what the county has been up to, and to let their public servants know how they feel about it.
In case you missed it, here’s a complete listing of these upcoming Town Hall meetings for you.
- Starting Tuesday November 29th at 6:30pm in the Anderson City Hall, then
- Thursday December 1st at 6:30pm in the Iola Community Center also that Thursday at 6:30 in Plantersville’s Town Hall
- and lastly Monday December 5th in the Navasota City hall at 6:30.
