County Kids In Need Of A Great Christmas

December 10, 2015 by Willy1550

Lots of needy local kids will have a much more Merry Christmas this year, thanks to the combined efforts of Navasota Grimes County Chamber of Commerce, Noon Lions, and most importantly, you.

Chamber Director Johnny McNally tells Navasota News the annual program helps two-to-ten year-olds all over the county, working with both School Principals and Councilors to form a list.

And as the Chamber is takin’ that list and checkin’ it twice, McNally hopes you will go out and start playing Secret Santa.

You can drop off your gifts at several locations; Ashford and Oliver Mortuary, Mid-South Synergy, Snap Fitness, Brookshire Brothers, Davis Tire and Repair, the Progressive Outreach Center, or the Chamber, where you can also drop off monetary donations.

But you’ll need to get in gear. Christmas is a’commin’, and all your gifts’ll need to be turned in by Thursday December 17th, for delivery the following Saturday. For more details or other ways you can help, call the Chamber at 936-825-6600
