At today’s Grimes County Commissioners’ Court meeting Vanessa Burzynski, Regent for the Daughters of the American Revolution- Robert Raines Chapter, made a proclamation for the Day of Remembrance of the 80th Anniversary of D-Day, authorizing County Judge Joe Fauth as signatory.
The public is invited to attend a wreath laying ceremony tomorrow at the monument on the esplanade in downtown Navasota at 1:30 p.m.
Washington Ave will be temporarily blocked in both directions beginning at 12:30 p.m.
