Authorities in Madison County are asking for help finding a missing local woman.

The Madison County Sheriff Office says that 27 year old Megan Martinez has not been seen, nor heard from, since February 5th around 3 am. A missing person report was taken on Wednesday.

On Thursday, the Amber Alert Network became involved, and are assisting in the search. The agency has also issued an Endangered Missing Adult advisory, as authorities believe she may be in danger of death, or serious bodily injury.

Officials believe she may have left the area, and could be outside Madison County.

Martinez has brown eyes, brown curly hair, and several tattoos on her arms, legs, and chest.

Anyone with information about her disappearance is asked to contact the Madison County Sheriff’s Office at (936) 348-2755.
