The FBI is now involved in the search for two suspects who robbed the PNC Bank Branch in Navasota last year.
The robbery happened November 2nd of 2021, when masked, armed men ran into the branch, with one of them leaping over the counter. The other suspect, who remained in the lobby, knocked over an elderly woman, and took her belongings as well.
The duo ran with an undisclosed amount of money into a wooded area, where a 2009 Honda Accord was waiting as a getaway vehicle.
The suspects are believed to be in their late teens, or early twenties. One wearing a ski mask was described as around 6 feet tall, with a medium build. The other, who donned a Gray sweatshirt, stood around 5’5, and the report described him as having very large, dark colored eyes.
Anyone with information on the suspects is asked to contact Grimes County Showstoppers. Any tips can be submitted anonymously.
