Fire hydrant evaluation in Navasota begins Tuesday, which may lead to some experiencing discoloration of water

September 7, 2021 by Andre Perrard

The City of Navasota is asking residents to stay aware of fire hydrant evaluations being performed throughout the city.

That process with R&M Services Solutions began Tuesday morning, and will continue over the next three weeks. They will be working Monday thru Thursday, from 8 am until 6 pm.

During the evaluations, residents may experience a discoloration of water. If you do, the city says water should run briefly until it clears.

If you have additional questions, or want more information, contact the Public works Department at 936-825-6450.
