The first phase of the Oakland Cemetery Beautification Project is underway. Wall Tree Service, LLC is removing close to 30 dead trees from Oakland Cemetery.
The City of Navasota would asks that the public use caution when visiting the cemetery during this time, and please be aware of your surroundings and where the tree removal work is being conducted.
The tree removal is expected to take several days.
