A San Antonio man in faked it until he made it at Texas A&M.
Gerardo Juarez confessed on his Tiktok that he managed to fool everyone in the corps of cadets by being a member of the Fightin’ Aggie Marching Band for his full four years in school.
He wrote that he accidentally moved into the band dorms during his freshman year, because those dorms had the cheapest prices.
Juarez says no one in the band made him audition on any instruments. He faked playing an instrument and traveled with the band the entire time he attended A&M.
Right now, Juarez is a lawyer for the St. Mary’s University Center for Legal and Social Justice in San Antonio.
