Former Navasota man wanted for felony burglary and attempted kidnapping

February 15, 2022 by Andre Perrard

A former Navasota man is the subject of a search by Brazos County Crimestoppers for numerous felony warrants.

The organization says they are looking for any information on 41 year old Tyrone Eugene Rush, formerly of Navasota. Rush currently has two warrants out from a January incident for Aggravated Robbery, and Attempted Aggravated Kidnapping, both of which are first degree felonies.

That original incident happened in a Walmart parking Lot in Bryan on January 27th, where Rush allegedly robbed a store patron at knife point. The victim suffered minor injuries during the robbery.

Authorities believe he is likely armed, and either in the Bryan-College Station or Navasota areas.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Brazos County Crimestoppers at 979-775-TIPS.
