A former Navasota man accused of breaking into cars was arrested Sunday on drug charges, plus warrants out of Grimes County.
College Station Police responded to the suspicious person call around 5 am January 9th on Marion Pugh. The reporting party aid a man in a Blinn sweatshirt and wool cap was possibly breaking into his vehicle.
Police found the suspected man, 26 year old Juan Maximiliano Castillo, sitting on the stairs of one of the apartment buildings. He said he had spoken to the reporting party, and been near the vehicle.
He was then informed of a Grimes County warrant for Criminal Mischief. On his person, officers also found marijuana.
He was arrested on the warrant, plus Possession of Marijuana charges. At last check, he remains in jail on a $5,000 bond.
