June 13, 2019 by Willy1550

The Texas A&M transportation employee arrested for hiding cameras in a women’s restroom on campus has been arrested again on more charges.

54 year old Peter David Baty was re-arrested without incident on Wednesday on four additional charges of invasive visual recording.

Baty was arrested originally May 16th, after Texas A&M police recovered nearly 800 videos of at least 20 women. The videos showed some of the women partially disrobed using the restroom, with each file about 10 minutes long. During a search of his home in May, investigators found a hard drive with 57 gigabytes of video and 2 gigabytes of photos.

According to officials, he his the camera in a phone charger in an employee only restroom with one toilet and sink. Baty began the recordings on April 12th and continued into the women’s restroom at 5 am every Friday until May 3rd. He resigned on May 15th and was arrested the next day.

For his re-arrest, he was booked into the Brazos County jail. No bond amount was set.
