Governor Greg Abbott and Trey Wharton are making a stop in Navasota next week ahead of the State Representative House District 12 runoff election.

Wharton, who is endorsed by Abbott, is in the runoff against Ben Bius, endorsed by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, after the March Republican Primary election gave neither of them the majority percentage to secure the candidacy for the November General election.
