The Brazos Valley Homeland Security Advisory Committee (HSAC) membership provides the agencies and jurisdictions within the Brazos Valley Region, cumulative advice to support the decision making process of homeland security operations in the region.
Among the agenda items at the last Regular Grimes County Commissioners Court, was to discuss and take action to approve/reappoint the following members: David Lilly, Martha Smith, Katherine Lee, Jason Katkoski, Sinda Phelps, Neal Wendele, and Ryan Rutledge.
Emergency Management Services Coordinator, David Lilly explained the importance of possibly adding more members.
Judge Joe Fauth noted that there was no current representation from the Commissioners’ Court, and Precinct 2 Commissioner David Tullos agreed to be added to the committee.
The Court unanimously approved the reappointments with the addition of Commissioner Tullos.
