The Grimes County Commissioners Court held a special meeting Tuesday, November 19, 2024, to consider and take action to certify and canvass the returns for the November 5th Presidential Election.
Grimes County Elections Administrator, Rachel Walker, gave some overall details about feedback received and voter turnout in Grimes County.
Judge Joe Fauth and Walker expressed their appreciation to all those involved in making the election process successful and timely.
The Court approved the results with a 4 “in-favor” vote, as Precinct 2 Commissioner, David Tullos, was not in attendance.
