Grimes County Commissioners’ Court Moving Forward with Plans to Sell County-Owned Properties

Grimes County Commissioners’ Court went into executive session at their last regular meeting to discuss the sale of several county owned properties.

When the court reconvened, Judge Joe Fauth gave details of the discussion and County Attorney, Megan Barcak explained plans for moving forward.

Barcak suggested creating a committee to review data from interested realtors.

The court unanimously approved a committee comprised of Judge Fauth, Precinct 2 Commissioner David Tullos, Facilities Director Rodney Floyd, and County Attorney Barcak.
