Grimes County Road & Bridge Engineer, Harry Walker, is set to retire at the end of August and Todd Greene will become the Interim Road and Bridge Administrator. To make the transition smoother and to keep projects moving along, Mr. Walker spoke to Commissioner’s Court last Wednesday about sending out Requests For Quotes (RFQs) for on-call engineering services.
Commissioners voted to approve going out for RFPs for on-call engineering services to be used on as as-needed basis.
