According to a Press Release from the Grimes County District Attorney’s Office, Orlando Rodney James, age 38, was found guilty of Assault on a Peace Officer by a Grimes County jury on Wednesday December 20th.
Grimes County District Attorney, Andria Bender, added to the Grimes County Sheriff’s Office Facebook post before pronouncing James’ 30-year prison sentence, Langley told the defendant his conduct was “atrocious, immoral, and intolerable.”
James will remain in the Grimes County Jail awaiting transfer to prison.
