Among the agenda items at Wednesday’s meeting of Grimes County Commissioners’ Court, was to consider and take action to designate Precinct 1 Commissioner Chad Mallet as Judge Pro-Tem to act in the absence of the County Judge.
Judge Fauth and Precinct 2 Commissioner David Tullos discussed the item.
The Court unanimously approved Commissioner Mallet as Judge Pro-Tem.
