Two people sought by the Grimes County Sheriff’s Office for burglary of a motor vehicle have been positively identified.

That is according to the office, who says that they have pegged the male as Rocky Day Crossland II, and the woman as Katie Lynn Cartwright. The two are accused of being involved in a vehicle burglary on May 15th.

Both are still being searched for by the Grimes County Sheriff’s Office. Crossland now has active warrants out for Burglary of a Motor Vehicle, and two counts of Debit Card Abuse. Cartwright also has a warrant out for Burglary of a Motor Vehicle, and one count of Debit Card Abuse.

Lieutenant James Ellis thanked the public for the many tips his office received in identifying the two individuals.

Both suspects have ties to the Nueces county area, near Corpus Christi.

If you have any further information regarding the two, contact the Grimes County Sheriff’s Office, or Grimes County Crimestoppers. Any tips can remain anonymous.
