At last Wednesday’s meeting of Commissioner’s Court, Chief Martha Smith from the Grimes County Sheriff’s Office talked about a Memorandum of Understanding between Kinney County Texas Sheriff, Brad Coe, and Grimes County Sheriff, Don Sowell. Chief Smith explains.
The Commissioners approved the MOU with the understanding that, if any costs are incurred, Grimes County will pursue reimbursement through either Kinney County or the Federal Government.
