Highway 6 crash leaves three fatalities

Texas Department of Public Safety is investigating a one vehicle fatality crash that happened Saturday morning, resulting in the deaths of three Houston residents. The crash happened on Highway 6, south of FM 2 in Grimes County.

Preliminary investigation shows that shortly before 9 am, a 2008 Dodge pickup was traveling North in the outside lane. For reasons not yet determined, the vehicle drove across the inside lane and onto the grassy median, where they crashed into the embankment of Beason Creek.

The driver, 56 year old Bradley Morrison, and the two passengers, 52 year old Phoebe Morrison and 37 year old Tasha Morrison, were pronounced deceased at the scene.

The crash remains under investigation and no further information is available at this time. We will update you as more becomes available.
