Houston area man in jail on charges of sexually assaulting two children he picked up in Grimes County

June 6, 2022 by Willy1550

A Houston man is in jail on bonds worth almost half a million dollars following charges of sexually assaulting a 12 year old and 15 year old girl at a College Station hotel.

The arrest report says that 27 year old Allen Michael Lee of Webster picked up the girls on Friday night from a Grimes County treatment center for victims of sexual abuse, exploitation and sex trafficking.

The trio then went to a hotel room and both had sexual encounters with Lee, who explained the two met on a dating app in late 2021, where the girl claimed to be 19 years old. Lee said he received a text form the girls sister telling him she was not 19, but instead, actually 15. Despite his suspicions of their age, Lee admitted to police to engaging in the acts anyway.

He faces two charges of Sexual Assault of a Child, and one count of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child.

He remains in the Brazos County jail on bonds totaling $400,000.
