Huntsville woman facing child endangerment, DWI charges

July 13, 2021 by Andre Perrard

A Huntsville woman has been indicted on charges stemming from April 2020, when she drove with her four children while allegedly high on meth.

Authorities say that 29 year old Kayla Oldham of Huntsville drove from her home in the city, to a Bryan Emergency Room. All four kids, who were under the age of four, were unsecured during the drive.

Oldham told authorities she thought someone injected her kids with embalming fluid, but officials found nothing wrong with the children.

Oldham was charged with four counts of Child Endangerment, and DWI. She also has two previous convictions for DWI.
