Some form of sports is coming back to Grimes County this Friday night…somewhat.
Iola ISD will be having their Iola Football Midnight Madness this Friday, August 7th out at Bulldog Stadium.
That event is open to the public, and will go from 10:30 pm until midnight.
There will be COVID-19 precautions in place, such as social distancing and spectators will be screened at the entrance. They also ask that people ear a face covering.
Beyond sports for Iola ISD, they will also be having secondary schedule pick up for the students next Thursday, August 13th. Time frames for grade levels are on the Iola ISD website.
They ask that only the student come pick up their schedule, and face masks will be required. There will be no book pick ups during that time. If you prefer having the schedule emailed, they ask that you email kdarby@iolaisd.net.
