Iola ISD to host “Heroes Unite” benefit for 1st grader diagnosed with leukemia

Iola ISD is holding a benefit for one of its students, recently diagnosed with Leukemia, next Friday.

That announcement comes from the district, who says one of their 1st graders, Landon Reed, was diagnosed the week before school ended.

Iola will be having a “Heroes Unite” benefit for Landon next Friday, June 18th. There will be a live & silent auction, plus dinner.

That event will be at the Iola Volunteer Fire Department building next Friday, beginning at 5:30 pm, and lasts until 8 pm.
