An Iola man is the subject of a search by Brazos County deputies, after he escaped from a local hospital.
Brazos County Crimestoppers says they are offering a $2,000 reward for information leading to the re-capture of 19 year old Cody Rowley of Iola.
The sheriff’s Office news release says the deputy escorting Crowley was not aware that windows in a second floor hospital room were not sealed. He then escaped by opening the window and using construction scaffolding to get to the ground.
Crowley was being held on misdemeanor charges. The sheriff’s office says there is no reason to believe the public is in danger.
