A Jewett man has been arrested on numerous charges of indecency with a child.
According to the Leon County Sheriff’s Office, they arrested 24 year old Cheyanne Dakota Ainsworth of Jewett at an apartment complex in town April 1st.
He is being held in the Leon County jail on 6 charges of indecency with a child, and remains held on a $1.35 million dollar bond.
The Leon County Sheriff’s Office Special Response Team, Lone Star Fugitive Task Force and Texas Department of Public Safety Criminal Investigation Division were all part of the investigation.
No further information on the case was released.
