Authorities in Madison County are searching for a missing North Zulch man.

The Madison County Sheriff’s Office says that 56 year old Charles “Chuck” McQuary left home around 6:15 am Monday, but never showed up for his 9 am work shift in Cleveland.

McQuary was last seen in his UPS uniform, wearing a brown shirt, brown shorts, and boots. The Facebook post noted that his family found a suicide note, with a last will and testament.

He was seen driving a 2013 Nissan Altima. Anyone who sees McQuary or his vehicle is asked to contact the Madison County Sheriff’s Office.
