A man from Magnolia with ties to the Aryan Brotherhood has been added to the Texas Top 10 Most Wanted list.
The Texas Department of Public Safety released a statement on Wednesday that they have added 36 year old Joshua David Whitworth of Magnolia. Whitworth, who is affiliated with the gang, has been wanted since August 2020 for parole violation.
He also faces arrest warrants from Harris County for Aggravated Robbery with a Deadly Weapon, Montgomery County for Burglary of a Vehicle, and in Arkansas for Theft and Delivery of Meth and Cocaine.
Whitworth went to prison for four years in 2013, then again for two years in 2019, where he was released on parole in July 2020.
He is about 6 feet 5 inches tall, with tattoos on his chest, back, abdomen, both arms, wrists, and both feet. Whitworth has ties to Montgomery and Harris Counties, including the cities of Magnolia and Conroe.
